Er, it's never too early to discuss the world's greatest sport at its highest level of competition.
World Cup 2006--join in on the discussion. I know there are a lot of readers who are football fans.
And I'll actually be in Germany during part of the competition, which will be wonderful.

I write fiction. My latest novel, Shriek: An Afterword, is now out in the US, published by Tor. I'm currently co-editing a series of anthologies with my wife, Ann, who is also the fiction editor of Weird Tales. We have three cats, all of whom have eccentric personalities. Soon, I will be moving to WordPress and my happiness will be complete.

Er, Jeff, the next Rugby World Cup is in 2007 and will be in France, not Germany.
