CHURCH SOUNDTRACK

Well, it appears that The Church will release the full 50 minutes of Shriek movie music on a CD. Not sure of the timing yet, but we're going to keep in close contact to work out the details. Pretty exciting...

I was wondering if this would happen. I had quietly kept my prediction to myself, but it seems my hunch was right on. :)

Thanks, guys.

When I have details, I'll let you know. Who knows, they might even add some vocals to some of it.

Meanwhile, there are several options for online hosting of the actual Shriek movie. We're working out the best option.

Finally, I'm hoping to arrange a gallery showing of all the artists associated with the Ambergris material--people like Scott Eagle, Eric Schaller, Myrtle Vondamitz III, John Coulthart, (er, hey John--haven't had a chance to mention this to you yet...), Steve Kilbey, etc., etc. It would occur in August 2007 in NYC, to coincide with the release of Shriek in trade paper.

Okay, well, I'm considering this kinda semi-official bloggish news right now. Until the details get salted away, I ain't counting it a done deal. But it looks good. I just don't want to say it's official until The Church say it is.

Normally wouldn't have said anything until later, but it's too exciting.
